Order Processing Time

All in-stock orders are processed within 2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) before they ship. Processing time is separate from transit/delivery time. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items do not follow the standard 2-business-day processing window. Each pre-order drop has its own specific processing and estimated ship date, which will be clearly disclosed on the product page and at checkout. If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will ship together once all pre-order items are ready, unless split shipping is explicitly offered at checkout.

Transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed. They begin after the 2-day processing window, not from the order date.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected method. Orders over $150 ship free within the contiguous U.S.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, misdelivered, or lost due to an incorrect address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at inmymeseason@gmail.com — we cannot guarantee changes once an order enters processing.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Me Season is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after being marked "delivered" by the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. For packages delayed in transit, email us at inmymeseason@gmail.com with your order number.

Carrier Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather events, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
