Refund & Store Credit Policy Last updated: July 13, 2026
Me Season ("we," "us," "our") wants you to love what you ordered. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase — by placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
All Sales Are Final — Store Credit Only
We do not offer cash or original-payment-method refunds. Eligible returns are issued as store credit only, in the form of a digital gift card code redeemable on seasonofme.com.
Eligibility Window
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return for store credit. Requests submitted after this window will not be accepted.
Condition Requirements
To qualify for store credit, items must be: unworn, unwashed, and unaltered; in original condition with all tags attached; in original packaging, where applicable. Items that are worn, damaged by the customer, missing tags, or returned outside the eligibility window will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are final sale and not eligible for store credit under any circumstance: swimwear and intimates (for hygiene reasons), unless the hygienic liner is intact and unremoved; sale, clearance, or promotional/discounted items; items marked "Final Sale" at checkout; gift cards.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
This general store-credit-only policy does not apply if you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect. In those cases, contact us within 7 days of delivery at inmymeseason@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue, and we will provide a replacement or full refund to your original payment method, at our discretion.
How to Request a Return
Email inmymeseason@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return within 14 days of delivery. We will provide return instructions and a return address. Once we receive and inspect the item, store credit will be issued to the email associated with your order within 3–5 business days. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Store Credit Terms
Store credit is issued as a unique code and does not expire. Store credit has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash. Store credit is non-transferable and tied to the account/email it was issued to.
Pre-Order Items
Pre-order items are subject to the specific terms disclosed on that product/drop page at the time of purchase, which may include different return eligibility. Where pre-order terms conflict with this policy, the pre-order-specific terms control.
Policy Disclosure
This policy is displayed at checkout and on our Shipping & Returns page in accordance with applicable state disclosure requirements for no-refund policies (including but not limited to California Civil Code § 1723, and similar statutes in other states). By completing a purchase, you confirm you have read and accepted these terms.
